200gde fondue de votre choix (ici moitié-moitié)

1dl de vin blanc

1cuillère à café de moutarde gros grains HUGO

0.5gousse d’ail

Comment préparer

Couper la gousse d’ail en deux et frotter le caquelon avec. Vous pouvez ensuite l’émincer pour l’ajouter dans la fondue mais cela est optionnel.

Dans un bol, diluer la moutarde dans le vin à l’aide d’une cuillère.

Ajouter le fromage et le vin blanc dans le caquelon. Faire chauffer à feu moyen-faible et mélanger avec une spatule en bois jusqu’à obtention d’une consistance crémeuse et homogène.

Servir sans attendre.
